Crimson Ledger is a sole trader business selling printed apparel and merchandise online. By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Crimson Ledger. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.

3. Products

All products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printify. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences and the nature of the printing process.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

Once an order is placed, it enters production promptly. As all items are made to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Fulfilment and dispatch is handled by Printify. Estimated production and delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Refunds & Returns

All sales are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and creative content on the Crimson Ledger store are original works produced by Crimson Ledger using AI-assisted tools. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Crimson Ledger.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any designs, images, or content from this store without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crimson Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or store. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, we ask that you contact us first at info@crimsonledger.co.uk so we can work to resolve the matter directly. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may escalate to the relevant authority, including the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for data-related matters.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
