Made to Order
All Crimson Ledger products are printed on demand, specifically for you when you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
We strongly recommend checking our size guides carefully before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and any packaging damage
We will review your case and liaise with our fulfilment partner on your behalf. Once confirmed, we will offer either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit to the value of the item
We aim to resolve all issues within 5–7 business days of receiving your report.
Your UK Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Non-Eligible Claims
We are unable to process claims for:
- Issues reported after 14 days of delivery
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care of the item
- Minor variations in colour due to screen display differences
- Sizing issues where the correct size guide was available at the time of purchase
